Through our trials system players are able to be assessed in a comfortable, non-competitve environment to enable us to identify the right playing level for entry into our Club.

For the more advanced players, our shadow squads provide a bridge to elite-level competition.

My son has just joined the U10s Falco team and has been made to feel part of the team immediately. Jay, the coach is fantastic, with lots of very helpful feedback at all times. Discover & Social Football

Embark on football with Discover: sessions for beginners in a non-competitive environment. Develop fundamental skills at our Irthlingborough 3G center.

Join Social Football for relaxed matches, no coaching, just play. Matches last 1 hour, weekends at our 3G facilities. Test new skills or hone existing ones. All levels welcome!

Grassroots Football

Grassroots League Football provides an entry point for players to engage in team dynamics, participating in regular league matches against local teams. It serves as an excellent transition for those moving from Social or Discover Football sessions, offering a new challenge. Players from existing grassroots football can also join our development program, emphasizing commitment and talent maximisation in our team ethos.

Academy Football

Falco Academy Squads aid players in transitioning to a professional club academy. Following a rigorous professional academy syllabus, our squads compete in a season against professional academy teams. We uphold an intensely professional training environment, staying updated on standards through continuous communication with pro clubs. Falco Academy games offer players a chance to showcase their talent, attracting the attention of potential academies scouting for emerging stars.
